Our Warning Spheres are destined to the day marking of the High-Voltage Lines and the Pylon Braces. They were specially designed to have good resistance and natural stiffness, thanks to their groovy shape while keeping a low weight.
The three colours available (white, orange and red) are particularly UV-resistant and are directly dyed in the mass during the fabrication. In comparison with a painted sphere, our fabrication process allows a stronger and larger longevity.
The jaws of our spheres were developed in silicon, which brings important advantages: first of all they are all interchangeable and can fit in every type of sphere. This allows both components to be stored independently. Also, the type of material used to make the sphere cannot damage the cable. That way, during the installation, there is no need to plan for a cable protection, and the sphere can stand on its own with a jaw capable of adapting to every type and diameter of cable.
Last but not least, thanks to the quick pre-attached system, our spheres are particularly easy and quick to install.
The rules and regulations regarding Aircraft Warning Lights are defined according to the ICAO standards (Annex 14, Chapter 6). The Warning Spheres are used to have a diurnal marking on High-Voltage Lines.
It is recommended that, for a sphere of 60cm diameter, the high-voltage line be marked every 30 meters at the maximum.
